GT Performance Hockey is proud to bring a summer training program to the Eastman Region to our aspiring U13 AA/AAA players with birth years of 2012 & 2013. July and August is a time for growth and to refocus on getting back into the swing of things for upcoming tryouts. This 6 week program combines hockey specific dryland training, private/semi private synthetic ice training and one on one Skating treadmill sessions to round out this dynamic new program.

• 1.25 hours per week dryland weekly at EHPC (9 hours total)

• Train Heroic App (3 month program) access to work outs 2-3 other days from home (24 hours)

• 1 private/semi private synthetic ice session per week (5 hours)

• 4 Skating Treadmill sessions (2 hours)

• 1 bi-weekly on ice session @ East End Arena in Winnipeg (4 hours - alternate Wednesdays)

  Treadmill skating treadmill and Private/semi private synthetic ice sessions will be booked separately based on player availability.

Total of 18 hours of training over 6 weeks plus 3 month Train Heroic App home workouts.

Hosted by EHPC, 16 players will commit to Tuesday evening in the gym, 6pm - 7:15pm. This program is for players that are serious about hockey and want to play at the highest level available to them in the Region.

On ice @ East End Arena - Wednesday July 3, 17, 31 and Aug 14th - 6:45-7:45pm.

Value of individual components of program = $1,350 + GST

$999.00 per player plus GST includes a GT Performance Hockey jersey and EHPC T-shirt.

Goalies can take advantage of this program (without skating treadmill & synthetic ice) at a cost of $500 plus GST ($525)
